7-Day Return Window

We strive to provide customers with high-quality valves and accessories. We support a return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of receipt.


1. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges


Return requirements for products that meet the return conditions
a.your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Please note: For safety and quality assurance, valves, fittings, and tubing that have been installed, pressurized, or exposed to any liquids/gases cannot be returned.

b. All unused products must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. After the return is received and confirmed to be correct, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
c. If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all the products in the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).
d. If you want to exchange other equivalent products, please return the order that needs to be returned first. After we receive the return and confirm that it is correct, we will send you a new product. If the product you wish to exchange is not of equivalent value, please first return and refund your order, and then go to the website to order other products you like, and we will send them separately.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
a.Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts.
b.Custom-cut tubing or modified valves based on specific customer requests.
c. Special promotional items, custom products, and any other items that are not returnable or exchangeable as stated on the product page.

About return shipping fee:

We believe in transparency. Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for the return:

1. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective valve, or we shipped the wrong size/thread): We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

2. If the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer need the item): You will be responsible for purchasing your own shipping label to return the item.

 

2. How to return or exchange goods?


Return or exchange application:

Please contact our customer service email address sales06@hongjienterprise.com to apply for return or exchange. We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods you need to return along with the product list and return them to the address provided by the customer service.
If you use an uncheckable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.

 

3. Return and exchange process


Contact customer service email to register for return and exchange → provide pictures of returned products → customer service confirms return and exchange application → send back returned products → return confirmation → process refund or exchange

 

4. About refunds


Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you within 1-3 business days and let you know whether the refund is approved. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days. Note: It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
